Our alumni network is a diverse community of over 9500 people from Galilee, Jersulem and the Negev. Most of them lead a successful life, and many are effective and responsible leaders who impact a wide range of industries and many other professional domains. One of our goals in 2024 is to set the Alumni Organization, which would grant our younger and older alumni a sense of belonging and pride as they contribute meaningfully to the greater community of MEEI.

My fulfilling journey at the Mar Elias educational institution started
back in 2001, as the youngest kid at kindergarten: two years old.
In addition to the excellent education I’ve
received, my teachers played a significant role in molding my personality
as they passed values of respect, love, tolerance, and the importance of
standing for what is right. Emphasizing our responsibility to make our
communities a better place was an integral part of their teaching method.
They’ve educated us so we perceive the notion that our knowledge and
manners are the two elements needed for a stable and bright future.
As a student, I was enrolled in various enrichment activities, programs
, and courses provided by the school: Exchange programs, sports, theater,
traditional dance classes, Friday school for gifted students in 4th-9th grade,
community service projects, international book club, and the list is long.
Moreover, we had an active student council since middle school, which
allowed students to be directly involved in school and the decision-making processes. This has largely contributed to my leadership,
teamwork, and project management skills, for which I was beyond
grateful.
Mar Elias welcomes students and staff from diverse cultural, ethnical, and
religious backgrounds. We grew up embracing the differences, not
allowing them to divide and define us. This mentality made it possible
and warmly welcomed to host and endorse exchange programs, which
has expanded my views and added to my perspectives on our pluralistic
world, helped me gain a deeper understanding of the many aspects of
different cultures, through vivid interactions with the international
friends we made. To sum up, I am one grateful graduate
