"You may feel powerless to bring change to our part of the world but you are not
Start with the people around you
Dream
Then work to make your dreams come true"

Archbishop Elias Chacour

In the heart of Galilee, one of the world's most culturally and historically important regions, the MEEI, guided by its founder: Archbishop Emeritus Elias Chacour, aims to put its educational programs in the correct context for its students to grow and thrive in this historical, geopolitical and cultural landscape. Considering all the multiple challenges and threats facing us, the MEEI builds on a unique set of strengths and opportunities while hosting the largest number of students amongst all Christian schools in our region. Its combination of educational achievement and Christian mission gives the MEEI a special position in Galilee and the larger region, unmatched by any other schools in the region.
